Planning a
corporate event, company picnic or office party for a company in Tampa, FL?
Need a fun team building exercise for those overworked and burned out
staffers? Take them out to a beach BBQ party on an island! It's a perfect way for employees to
relax and get to know each other a little better.
It's
inexpensive,
fun, and very Florida!
We will transport your office party out to an island in the Gulf of
Mexico. This can be done in either pontoon boats or sailboats. We will
provide captains to drive the boats. At the island we will set up beach
chairs and shade tents and your staff can enjoy a fabulous cookout from a
wide choice of menus.
Sailing
Your staff can participate in sailing the boat as a team
building exercise and the sailboats can even race each other under
supervision of the captain. Sailboats are limited to 6 passengers per boat
and we can provide up to 3 sailboats for a maximum of 18 guests. The
sailboats will then anchor at the island for your beach BBQ island party.
Pontoon Boats
We have many pontoon boats and can accommodate up to 30
guests for a corporate picnic on the island. Boating time from our docks to
the island is approximately 45 minutes. |

Transport out to
the island for your staff (max 30 people).

several different menus cooked on charcoal right on the beach. See
menu choices below.

Fun time on the
island, swimming, snorkeling, shelling, playing games.

Total of 8 hours
typically from 9 am to 5 pm although we can be flexible on time with
a later departure and include a sunset.

We can arrange
games and treasure hunts on request.

WHAT ABOUT DRINKING ALCOHOL ON THE BOAT? |
Passengers drinking on the boat is permitted, drinking is allowed on the boats for those of legal age who are not driving at the time.
You may bring
your own drinks of any type. We can provide coolers with ice.

WHAT DOES THIS EVENT COST? |
The cost will
depend on the size of your party and the menu and other options you
choose but here are some typical guidelines:
Party of 6 people
with a steak and chicken menu choice: Approximately $750
Party of 25-30
people with hamburgers and hot dogs: Approximately $2500 - $3000 |

MENU CHOICES
All menus include a
choice of TWO salads to accompany: potato, pasta, coleslaw, baked beans or
Caesar salad. Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite and Water. |

Hamburgers and hot
dogs cooked on the beach. Traditional all American fare,
complete with sweet relish, ketchup and mustard. |

Choose any TWO of the following: sausage,
marinated chicken thighs & drumsticks, marinated pork country style ribs cooked on a
charcoal grill right on the beach.

Luxury Beach BBQ |
|
Choose any TWO of the following: Steak cooked to order (mooing, rare, medium
rare, medium, medium well or burnt offering), marinated chicken
breast, marinated pork spare ribs, fish cooked in foil with onion,
spices and butter - all smoked on a BBQ right
on the beach. |
